Hey guys! We’re Claire and Meredith – food enthusiasts and senior college students. I’m Claire – studying Nutrition & Dietetics at TCU, on my way to becoming a Registered Dietitian. I’m Meredith – studying Communications with a minor in Business at Texas A&M .
As a college students ourselves, we both know that eating healthy during college – between a busy class schedule, social life, and sometimes even lack of a kitchen – can be extremely difficult at times. This is why we have created this blog -as a place to find easy, healthy recipes to make during your college years, as well as tips to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle during this part of your life as a student, where staying healthy can be a huge challenge.
